Booking price

Studio: Weekdays 09.00-17.00: 100 SEK/h. All other weekday hours + weekends: 50 SEK/h

Common areas: 50 kr/h

Public events: Please contact the coordinator when having any kind of event. Add contact information to the booking and communicate to the house what's going to happen and when. Guideline: no events on weekdays 9-17.

For events without funding there are two options.

Option 1: No booking fee but the entrance fee needs to be 50-200 SEK/person. 50% of the income from entrance tickets goes to höjden.

Option 2: Book the studio for 50 SEK/h + common spaces for 50 SEK/h. No entrance fee.

How to enter the bookingsystem:

1. Go to https://hojden.artistrun.space/ 
2. Create an account. Use your own name as a username, so that everyone knows who it is and so that you can contact each other about bookings.
3. Once you’ve created your account, send an email to [email protected] and let the coordinator know. You will then be added as a member. You can’t make bookings before you’ve been added to the system.
4. Go to the calendar and press “new” to make a new booking. Remember that every booked hour will be added to the invoice - meaning that you shouldn’t book a resource from the 1/9 at 14.00 until 3/9 at 12.00. Instead you press + to att a new day to the same booking, and the write the times for that specific day.

All bookings will be invoiced quarterly. If you have certain bookings that need to be invoiced via someone else than yourself due to a production, please email [email protected].

Make sure to use the description-function when creating a booking that is a bit out of the ordinary, e.g. public event / cleaning after event/ rehearsal with loud music / if props are staying in the studio overnight etc. Communicate what’s going on in the house and who’s responsible. You can add your phone number for example.

Remember that we’re all sharing the studio together. You can book a maximum of two weeks in row, for more please contact the board. When you do booking for a longer period of time, keep in mind that it’s easier for someone to enter the studio if you finish at 17.00 instead of 18.00 (meaning that bookings 9-17 instead of 10-18 often generate more bookings in the evening and more space for others to also use the studio).
